Efficiency
The Housing Corporation promotes efficiency in the Housing Association sector. In September 2004 we published an Operating Cost Index to help understand and analyse housing association performance. Since then, we have established a practical approach to monitoring and reporting progress against targets for improving the efficiency and quality of front line services to tenants.
