Who should I contact?
Any questions about the data being entered in IMS or policy should be first directed to your investment officer at the relevant Housing Corporation Regional Office.
Any other problem you have with accessing or using the system should be logged with the Servicedesk which is provided by Steria on 0845 300 4347
The Servicedesk is staffed between 08:00 and 18:30, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
When logging a call with the Servicedesk please provide the following information:
Contact Name
Contact telephone Number
Citrix & HC Online userids
RSL Name & Code
Brief description of the problem experienced, including bid, allocation, scheme or other reference numbers.
