Existing tenants survey
The Existing Tenants Survey (ETS) is a major survey of all social housing tenants in England, covering things such as:
- household structure;
- age;
- ethnicity;
- disability;
- income;
- rent.
As well as attitudes towards, among other things:
- landlords;
- tenure;
- neighbourhoods;
- experience of crime;
- aspirations for home ownership; and
- satisfaction with the services they receive.
The next Existing Tenants Survey will take place during 2008. Details will be published here.
