Existing tenants survey

The Existing Tenants Survey (ETS) is a major survey of all social housing tenants in England, covering things such as:

  • household structure;
  • age;
  • ethnicity;
  • disability;
  • income;
  • rent.

As well as attitudes towards, among other things:

  • landlords;
  • tenure;
  • neighbourhoods;
  • experience of crime;
  • aspirations for home ownership; and
  • satisfaction with the services they receive.

The next Existing Tenants Survey will take place during 2008.  Details will be published here.
