3 Non Programme Partnering Agreement route

3.1 General

3.1.1  The Requirements for an RSL to undertake schemes on a non-Programme Partnering Agreement basis (aka the Specialist Route) are exactly the same as under a PPA, except that the RSL does not need to sign a formal PPA. 3.1.2  The RSL must confirm via the IMS system that they agree to the Funding Conditions for the project.
