The zipped file can be saved to your computer by right-clicking on it and selecting "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As...".

Changes to FVA and FV5 for FRS2008

We have only made a small number of changes to the returns for FRS2008.  These are:

• We are aware that a number of associations have opted for early adoption of the 2008 SORP and this affects how first tranche sales proceeds from LCHO are shown in the financial statements.  For both FVA and FV5 returns, we have added a question on the front sheet asking if SORP 2008 has been used.  If answered yes, this prompts for further information to be provided on the 'Notes 1' sheet for FVA and 'Detailed I&E' for FV5.  
• Extra validations on FVA lines 106 and 107 and in the Private Finance section to prevent the percentage sign from being input to cells which require the percentage value only to be input.
• Improved guidance and labeling for telling us about new debt in the Private Finance section of the FVA.
