Scheme Administration
4.1 Rent to HomeBuy schemes should be bid for as New Build HomeBuy (NBHB) reflecting their proposed long term status.
4.2 Bids should be set out in IMS in the normal way for the NBHB product, anticipated sales values and first tranche sales proportions should be based on the stage at which sales are anticipated. Please see IMS Guidance for more information.
4.3 Bids should also set out the intermediate rent to be charged and the proposed period of intermediate renting (with interim review periods when the provider would be required to provide updates to the Homes and Communities Agency)
4.4 Bids are expected to be at grant rates equivalent to those for NBHB.
4.5 As Intermediate Market Rent schemes are classified as LCHO products the minimum standards are those applicable to Sale schemes as set out in the Agency's 'Design & Quality Standards' (DQS).
4.6 Please see Programme Management and NBHB chapters for further information.
