Registration
In order to access HousingCorp Online, your organisation must first register to use HConline. You can request a registration pack by emailing hconline.registration@housingcorp.gsx.gov.uk. (NB: appropriate checks will be made to identify invalid applications.)
How does the system work?
In order to connect to the system your web browser must be updated with the Citrix ICA client. This simple and automated process will enable you to run HConline within minutes, as long as your PC complies with the system's prerequisites.
Installation of the Citrix client is automated and should begin as soon as you connect to the System. Internet Explorer clients may install automatically; Netscape users will be asked to restart their browser software to complete the installation.
If you have a firewall or proxy server on your network that prevents you from downloading the clients file it is recommended that you request your IT department to download and install the ICA web client from the citrix download site.
