Access to the Investment Management System (IMS) is available to:

• housing providers who have pre-qualified to bid for funding for the National Affordable Housing Programme for 2008-2011.

Hours of Service:

• the HousingCorp-online systems are currently available Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 18:30;
• the Servicedesk  is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:30.

Important note to IMS Users:

• please make sure all problems regarding IMS are logged via the Servicedesk on 0845 300 4347;
• for general enquiries please contact your Housing Corporation investment officers for advice and guidance in the first instance;
• please note that the IMS system will disconnect you after 15 minutes of inactivity.
