Capital Funding Guide (April 2006)

The Capital Funding Guide contains the rules and procedures for housing associations that have received capital grants/allocations from the Housing Corporation. The April 2006 version of the guide has been subject to much revision to reflect the new National Affordable Housing Programme, revised programme management and payment process, withdrawal of TCIs etc and is subject to ongoing revision and construction.

The latest guide is effective from 1 April 2006. A revision history is given at the bottom of this page.
