How We Regulate 5: Viability

Accompanied by other publications on how we regulate governance, management and our overall approach, this suite of documents will be used by our regulators. We are publishing them so that associations can understand our approach and judge their own performance.

This document updates, consolidates and replaces Good Practice Note 2: Assessing financial viability and the Financial analysis framework.

Together with The Regulatory Code and guidance (re-issued in stand-alone form August 2005) this suite replaces The way forward: our approach to regulation and Good Practice Note 6: Our regulatory engagement.
