The Housing Corporation is proud of its record, over thirty years, of supporting good quality affordable housing through the Approved Development Programme (ADP). We are changing the name of the programme to the National Affordable Housing Programme.

We want to continue to develop the National Affordable Housing Programme as a key strategic investment programme, making improvements so that we continue to fund high quality affordable housing but do so in ways which are ever more proactive and efficient.

The Pre-Prospectus available on this page (Pre_Prospectus.pdf) sets out our current thinking about how we wish to develop our investment programme over the next three to five years and the strategic aims that we expect to achieve. It provides advance notice of the framework within which we will set out our detailed prospectus for the 2006-08 bidding round.

The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for can also be downloaded from this page. It consists of:

• a PDF containing the main body of the questionnaire (Pre_Qualification_Questionnaire.pdf)
• an Excel spreadsheet containing Appendix 1 (Appendix1.xls).
• 2 word documents containing a letter to potential applicants (PQQ - letter to potential applicants.doc) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ v5.doc)
• an address label for return of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (label.pdf)
