New Partnerships in affordable housing: Housing Management accreditation scheme

The Housing Management Accreditation Scheme forms part of our overall control framework to ensure that housing management services are delivered to the Corporation's standards. This consultation explains our objectives in drafting our accreditation scheme and sets out the scheme's key features. We are consulting on the scheme because it forms part of a new framework for delivering social housing and we want to test opinion. This paper raises some issues and discusses some alternative approaches. We invite responses to specific questions and, more generally, comment on our proposals.
