New Partnerships in affordable housing -- Prospectus and pre-qualification questionnaire

The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for New Partnerships in Affordable Housing can be downloaded from this page. It consists of:

• a Word document template containing the main body of the questionnaire (nppqqv2.dot)
• two Excel spreadsheet templates containing Section 5 (nppqqs51v2.xlt) and Appendix 1 (nppqqa1v2.xlt).

To use the questionnaire you will need software that supports the Word and Excel formats, version 97 or later. The file nppqqv2.zip is a zip archive that contains all three files. If you are not able to open zip files, the three templates may be downloaded individually. Please note that the nppqqs51v2.xlt template is quite large and may take some time to download.

This prospectus also provides:

• guidance on the pre-qualification questionnaire (NP_Quest_010305.pdf). All intending participants should complete this and return it to the Corporation in the formats and with the supporting information specified, by Friday 8 April 2005.
