s12 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 requires housing associations to produce and publish their policies on tackling anti-social behaviour by 30th December 2004. The Act also states that associations must have regard to statutory housing management guidance issued by the Housing Corporation when developing these policies. The guidance is issued under cover of a circular.
