This document provides details of the Approved Development Programme (ADP) allocations we have made in London for 2004/05-2005/06. This investment programme, totalling nearly £1.5 billion is set to produce around 20,000 new homes for rent and sale spread across London and the London Thames Gateway. Of this, some £350million investment will target key workers, producing 7,200 homes. Investment targeted at non key workers will exceed £1 billion, producing some 12,500 homes. This will make a significant contribution to meeting the London Plan housing targets. As announced by the Deputy Prime Minister in October 2003, £780m cash was made available to support allocations in London in 2004/05 and £803m in 2005/06.
