Housing Corporation announces appointments to association board
The Housing Corporation has announced that it has made three statutory appointments to the Board of St. Helens Housing Association Limited, a registered social landlord which manages around 300 homes in the St. Helens area of Merseyside.

HOUSING CORPORATION ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENTS TO ASSOCIATION BOARD
The Housing Corporation has announced that it has made three statutory appointments to the Board of St. Helens Housing Association Limited, a registered social landlord which manages around 300 homes in the St. Helens area of Merseyside. The appointees are:
- Ken Perry, Group Chief Executive, PLUS Housing Group Limited;
- Bob Taylor, Deputy Chief Executive, Knowsley Housing Trust Limited;
- Andrew Drury, Housing Consultant, HATC Limited.
The Corporation has placed St. Helens under supervision because of concerns about its governance and its longer term viability. The appointees will provide the Board with additional skills and expertise in addressing these concerns. In the meantime, the Corporation will not approve any new public funding for St. Helens.
