South East Regional Allocation Statement 2004-2006

Via the South East Regional Housing Board the Housing Corporation allocates public money to housing associations to provide homes that meet needs identified in regional, sub-regional and local strategies. This Allocation Statement provides a detailed commentary and analyses of the 2004-2006 allocations made to housing associations in the South East Investment Region.

It covers the approach adopted and key criteria used in allocating funds; an outline of the Housing Corporation's new approach to investment through the pilot of a Partnering approach; how allocations made relate to the Regional Housing Strategy and other priorities; and key headlines and facts in terms of outcomes.

The report is accompanied by a spreadsheet containing detailed information on the allocations made for 2004-2006.
