The Capital Funding Guide contains the rules and procedures for housing associations that have received capital grants/allocations from the Housing Corporation. The latest guide is effective from 18th January 2005 and in particular contains new guidelines resulting from a number of provisions contained in the Housing Act 2004, many of which are effective from January 18th.
