Last week we informed RSLs and local authorities that IMS was open for bids until 30 June under the transitional arrangements for LASHG.

RSLs and local authorities are reminded that where a scheme was approved for LASHG funding before 31 March 2003, under the three-month rule, the first claim for grant must be made by 30 June 2003. Otherwise the scheme will not be funded. The only exception to this will be DIYSO schemes where the tenant has been given the go-ahead to seek a property before 30 June 2003.
