Inspection, regulation and investment in housing associations

This updated statement takes account of the way the Housing Corporation and the Audit Commission's joint work with housing associations has developed over the past two years. It reflects changes in the way the Housing Corporation regulates associations, and the Audit Commission's revised methodology for inspecting housing organisations.
