30/01 Rent influencing regime - supplemental guidance for implementing the rent restructuring framework
Attached to this circular is Appendix H to our guidance: Rent Influencing Regime: Implementing the Rent Restructuring Framework which we issued in October 2001 under cover of circular R2-27/01. Appendix H provides guidance on the introduction of a rent cap to deal with those properties that would have very high rents under the rent restructuring framework. This circular also clarifies the position on rent increases, the B&ME review and PFI schemes.
