Total Cost Indicators, discount amounts and administration allowances for 2004/05 (Circular 09/03)

This Circular advises registered social landlords of the the Total Cost Indicators, discount amounts and administration allowances that will apply from 1 April 2004. After1 April 2004 this circular replaces circular F2-11/02.
