This circular provides instructions to housing associations on the proper form of entry for restrictions on shared ownership leases following enactment of the Land Registration Act 2002. It also provides gudiance on the scope of existing restrictions on shared ownership leases. The circular is accompanied by two information sheets: one for housing associations to share with their legal advisers, and the other for associations to give to purchasers.
