1 Introduction

1.1 In October 2001 we issued our guidance on implementing the rent restructuring framework under cover of circular R2-27/01 and in December 2001 we issued further guidance under cover of circular R2-30/01 (copies of both circulars are available on our website at www.housingcorp.gov.uk or from the Publications Department on 020 7393 2000).

1.2 In December we indicated that we would be issuing further guidance on the valuation of supported housing and that guidance is now attached to this circular. Further copies can be downloaded from our website at www.housingcorp.gov.uk.
