The Corporation is seeking to make funding available through the Tenant Empowerment Programme to carry out up to four pilot neighbourhood studies, to explore extending and/or developing tenant management to wider neighbourhood services, as outlined in the guidance.
 
We are looking for two pilots from existing TMOs, and two where tenants want to explore wider-than-housing management, preferably in the context of a multi-landlord area or estate.
 
An agency or TMO wishing to put forward a project for consideration should contact Jane Bryant or Christopher Le'Mon with outline details of the scheme by Monday 8 January 2007.  The deadline for the submission of outline bids will be 19 January 2007 to allow the most suitable bids to be selected and the pilots to start in early February 2007.
