The Strategy sets out how we intend to assist housing providers deliver successful, mixed sustainable communities.  It explains how we will build strong links with local government, recognises that residents can make an important contribution to improving services, highlights the major importance of delivering the Respect agenda, and our view that housing associations have great potential to be wider social businesses and neighbourhood-level delivery agencies.  It proposes further consultations including whether there should be a Communities Standard for housing organisations.
