Preparing to Manage

This publication provides specific advice about the frameworks for the programmes of training and support which agencies and tenants receiving T.E.P. funding must follow.

It also sets out guidelines for the assessment of competence of a TMO. It is aimed primarily at approved agencies, but it can also be used by tenants and local authorities.
