Survey of existing housing association tenants

This is a statistical summary of the main findings of the survey, covering household structure, age, ethnicity, disability, income, rent, etc of tenants, together with their attitudes towards their landlords, their tenure, their neighbourhoods, their experience of crime, aspirations for home ownership, satisfaction with the services they receive, etc. This report is a digest and a number of specific themes are investigated in greater depth in separate studies.
