Delegation of Housing Corporation Functions

The Housing Corporation's Board has adopted a scheme for the delegation of its statutory functions to committees and officers.  These delegations are enabled by the Housing Corporation (Delegation) etc Act 2006, which is now in force.  

The table of delegations should be read in the context of the general principles set out in the Corporation's Management Scheme.

Use of the Corporation’s Seal

The Housing Corporation has approved arrangements for the use and custody of its official seal.
