A report on ex-residents of Foyers - executive summary

The main aim of the study was to understand the move into independence of young people after they left Foyer accommodation and the difference that Foyer services may have made to their later lives. It is the first national study to follow young people receiving supported accommodation and homeless services. One of the purposes of the study is to provide guidelines in relation to policy towards young homeless people and to services for young people while they are living in Foyers and other supported accommodation.
