The PDF and Microsoft Word files on this page are model leases to be used for Shared Ownership, Key Worker Living, New Build Homebuy and Social Homebuy.

• The Key worker leases replace the versions issued in January 2006.
• The Shared Ownership Leases replace the versions issued in January 2006 and should be used for schemes that have been funded from the Approved Development Programme 2004/06 or earlier.
• The New Build Homebuy Leases are applicable to new build Homebuy schemes funded from the National Affordable Housing Programme 2006/08.
