A list of Housing Associations that participate in leasing schemes (e.g. HALS) whereby they rent accommodation from a private sector source.
Response provided
Further to your query on leasing schemes, I have attached a list of RSLs who manage stock on behalf of others. This data is as at 31 March 2004, and includes HAMA/HAL properties, temporary market rent housing/’HAMA Plus’, private sector lease, temporary social housing/short-life properties and other temporary accommodation. [Please see annex.]
