Options Study: grant application

RTM Options Study Grant is only available to support new projects where tenants want to consider tenant management under the Right to Manage.

Where it is clear from an Options Study that tenants wish to proceed with the RTM, the assistance that the tenant group needs in order to prepare for and to serve a RTM Notice should be undertaken as part of the study.  In these circumstances a Pre-Feasibility Study would not be necessary.

Ceiling costs

The total costs for the Options Study should not exceed the following ceiling costs: £4,620 for 25 dwellings, plus £9 per additional eligible dwelling.

RTM grant will provide 100% of the costs involved in an application for Options Study grant.
