Pre-Feasibility Study Grant: Grant Claim
The agency must submit the form to the Resident Involvement Team at the Corporation before the 15th day of June, July, October and January of the current year.
The grant claim form should be completed with details of the actual amounts spent by the agency since the beginning of the current financial year, together with a claim for the amount that the agency expects to spend in the next quarter.
The Corporation will assess the claim form against the Funding Agreement and will generally approve the grant payment within 20 working days of receipt of the grant claim form and all supporting documentation. Incomplete submissions will not be processed and will be returned to the agency.
Supporting documentation
For quarter 1 only: A Statement of Grant Usage (available on this page) (to include all the agency’s Tenant Empowerment Programme projects) for the previous financial year. Further guidance is available in the Guidance on statement of grant usage section
By October only: annual accounts (audited where appropriate) for the agency and the auditor’s report on grant.
For all claims: Sample copies of training feedback forms (where appropriate) and a Progress Report in the prescribed form (available on this page) for each project to show actual progress against original work programme.
The Progress Report provides a brief summary of progress in the last quarter (including any amendments to the work programme) for the period for which grant is claimed and should also cover the following:
- Evidence for group motivation
- Copies of distributed publications
- Evaluation of progress against the work plan, including costs
- Revised itemised work programme
- Proposed actions to remedy problems
The Progress Report must be signed by the project co-ordinator at the agency and countersigned by the Tenants Association/TMO and by a representative of the local authority with delegated authority to sign on behalf of the local authority. The Tenants’ Group/TMO and the local authority must note in the space provided their agreement with the report and/or any issues that it wishes to bring to the attention of the Corporation.
