Attached are three documents:

• Sub-regional Nominations Monitoring and Tracking IT Systems Options (MinervaNominationsReport.pdf)

The protocol is a joint document produced by the Housing Corporation, the Association of London Government, and the London Housing Federation. It is expected that all boroughs and housing associations will adhere to this as a minimum on all new lettings subject to sub-regional nominations.

The policy and practice notes are a work in progress and any comments should be addressed to Carole Forrest on Carole.Forrest@housingcorp.gsx.gov.uk

The Innovation adn Good Practice project also looked at the IT implications of a move to sub-regional nominations. This document is also included.

It is intended that the protocol itself will be reviewed in a year from now to assess its effectiveness, and whether any alterations are required to improve it or to reflect current best practice.
