This page contains links to a number of excel workbooks which contain Performance Indicator and other information. Users are encouraged to read the Guide to the PI Tables, which contains details of what is contained within each workbook.
 
On these pages you can: 

• Obtain the 2008 PI results for all associations in 2008 indicating the relative position (quartile result) of each association for all PIs. A full list of the PIs for the period 2007-2009 is available in the PI List document.
• View individual PIs for all associations for both 2008 and comparative 2007 results.
  
  The four PI files consist of:
• Housing management (including re-let levels and rent arrears)
• Asset condition (Decent Home Standard compliance, SAP rating and voids)
• General needs tenant satisfaction measures
• Shared owners (satisfaction measures)
Each of these files contains a sheet setting out key national results (quartiles, averages etc) for each PI, a graph displaying the national distribution of results and individual results for 2008 associations, with comparative results for 2007.
• View the national average and quartile results for all PIs and a range of context items for 2008 and 2007 in a table.
• Produce a report displaying the 2008 PI results and a range of contextual information for an individual association
• Obtain a range of contextual information about the association and PIs for all associations
• View attributes about the associations included in the PI population through the attributes file, which identifies Group relationships, whether the association is a stock transfer or not and if so, its year of registration, to help users identify peer groups.
