This Innovation and Good Practice project looks at the development so far of the National Community Land Trust (CLT) Demonstration Programme - an initiative of the University of Salford. The CLT Demonstration Programme is funded by the Housing Corporation, the Higher Education Funding Council in England and Carnegie UK Trust. It aims to establish CLTs in urban and rural communities and develop a capacity for housing associations to support them.
