In 2007, we published the findings of a Preliminary Thematic Review study into service delivery in the period to March 2006.

We have adopted a similar basis for this Thematic Review based on associations’ activities and performance in the year to 31 March 2007. The analysis drew on a similar range of source data, and was supplemented by qualitative discussions across the team and with colleagues from across regulation at the annual conference.
