The Housing Corporation welcomes the Royal Assent granted on the Housing and Regeneration Bill in Parliament today.

“The HCA will further improve the capacity to deliver new affordable homes in thriving communities, while the TSA will serve tenant interests and guarantee high standards of management for the five million households benefiting from social housing.
“We now look forward to working with CLG, English Partnerships, the Audit Commission and other stakeholders towards the formation of these new agencies in early December.”
