Internal Audit Programme Guides 2008

HAIAF is a member organisation, established in 1990, for internal auditors and those with an interest in internal auditing within housing associations.

For a number of years the Housing Corporation has funded the production of guides for internal auditors - internal audit programme guides - on a number of topics.  This has been through the Innovation and Good Practice programme.  The guides are aimed at housing association internal auditors and provide information and guidance in order to allow them to perform their work in a better and more efficient fashion.

The guides published in 2008 are:

• Performance management;
• Antisocial behaviour;
• Complaints management;
• Equality and diversity;
• Gas safety;
• Resident involvement; and
• Treasury management.
