Three statutory appointments made to the board of Presentation Housing Association
14 July 2008 Ref: 52/08
Three statutory appointments have been made to the Board of Presentation Housing Association, the Housing Corporation has announced today (Monday 14 July 2008).
Presentation Housing Association, which manages around 6,000 homes across London and the south east of England, has been placed under supervision by the Housing Corporation because of concerns about its governance.
The three appointees will provide Presentation’s board with additional skills and expertise in addressing these concerns.
The appointees are:
Susan Reizenstein, independent consultant;
Tom Dacey, Chief Executive, Southern Housing Group; and
Tracey Fletcher, Finance Director, Octavia Housing and Care.
Steve Douglas, Housing Corporation Chief Executive, said, “We have acted swiftly to ensure that Presentation has the expertise to call upon to lead it through this challenging time.”
The Corporation removed Presentation's Investment Partner status in April 2008. While it remains in supervision, the Corporation will not approve any new public funding for Presentation.
Ends.
