The Housing Corporation is the government agency that funds new affordable housing and regulates the work of nearly 2,000 housing associations in England.

Working with our partners, we make sure that more than two million homes nationally are well managed.

Our support helps to meet the housing needs of people from a wide range of backgrounds. We invest in new homes for rent and our funding helps people, including many first-time buyers, get a foot on the property ladder, by providing new affordable homes.
