In 2006 the Young Foundation was commissioned by the Housing Corporation to investigate the role that housing associations can play in neighbourhood governance. The study identifies the key factors that drive associations’ engagement with neighbourhood governance, categorises the different approaches taken, and makes recommendations for future improvements.
