The following Regional Investment Statements detail the outcomes from the first bid round of the 2008-11 National Affordable Housing Programme. This is the first tranche of new investment for the programme.
 
For the first time, the Corporation is running regular market engagements throughout the programme, and these pages will be updated with the results of future bid rounds after each engagement.
