• The Social HomeBuy leases have been revised and are to be used from 13.11.07, and replace previous versions. These revised versions take into account forthcoming policy changes in respect of further discounts available from April 2008. See SHB Section 1. Whilst these policy changes will not take effect until next year the leases below should still be used.

• The Key Worker Newbuild Homebuy leases for houses and flats replaced the Key Worker Living Versions published in July 2006.
  The Newbuild Homebuy Leases for houses and flats replaced the versions published in July 2006 for schemes funded from the National Affordable Housing Programme 2006-08.
