In brief: Training residents to get involved

This In Brief summarises the outcomes of Look Ahead Housing and Care’s Customer Training programme, an initiative that was funded by the Housing Corporation’s Innovation and Good Practice (IGP) grant programme, administered by the Centre for Research and Market Intelligence (CRMI).

Through the programme Look Ahead found that it was able to engage more of its customers in quality audits and wider activities, as well as develop a greater understanding of the barriers to involvement that its customers were experiencing.
