This project was commissioned by the Housing Corporation as one of a group of projects developing key themes of the Corporation’s Tackling Homelessness Strategy, published in December 2006.

The project is intended to inform one of the key areas that underpins the Corporation’s approach to preventing and tackling homelessness, by analysing and promoting existing good practice among social landlords in their lettings functions at regional, sub-regional and local levels.
