The Homelessness Action Team provides the following documents to help housing associations to consider how they will respond to the Housing Corporation's Homelessness Strategy.
 
The Homelessness Toolkit identifies key questions to inform the review of service areas and aims to act as a stimulus to further work, rather than guidance on exactly how services should be provided. It provides a good basis of the development of a homelessness action plan.

The Homelessness Action Plan template is provided to assist housing associations to develop a homelessness action plan, as expected within the Housing Corporation's Homelessness Strategy. It aims to provide guidance on the layout and content of the plan so associations can relatively easily adopt some principles relating to homelessness and drive forward their work in a targeted way. Associations are free to develop their plans as they wish but we hope this provides valuable guidance. 

The Role of Homelessness Champions explains the types of responsibilities that an association's nominated Homelessness Champion may undertake and how the Homelessness Action Team will support the role.
