The Prospectus provides essential information for bidders, whether new to the NAHP process or existing providers and whether bidding through the Investment Partner or Specialist Provision routes. It will also be of interest to the Corporation’s delivery partners in local and regional government and to other stakeholders.

We will accept bids for five-year funding only where these offer high quality and excellent value and where certainty of funding is needed to unlock the delivery of a site, including earlier phases.

Strategic sites are not guaranteed five-year funding and Housing Corporation staff will validate that all sites receiving five-year funding meet the relevant Regional Assembly’s definition. In particular, where Regional Assemblies have defined strategic sites more broadly, we will assess bids carefully to assess whether five-year funding is necessary.
