This Thematic Review is based on data from 695 Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) across England. The data was analysed at the Corporation’s field level. Given the difference in RSLs and their distribution between fields, a different emphasis was given to some areas of data by fields. Some of the trend analysis that this document refers to therefore does not apply to all fields. All trends and patterns can be assumed to be national, unless we refer to a field by name.
